Fried and grilled foods
Many fried and grilled foods, as well as pasteurized ones, are largely responsible for causing inflammation in the body. This is because the process of temperature increase leads to the production of fat called Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs).
AGEs break down certain proteins in your body. Your body tries to break down these AGEs by using cytokines, which are inflammation messengers. This condition can lead to arthritis or other forms of inflammation. One option to reduce the risks with these foods is to replace them with salads or lightly cooked vegetables.
